Top Notch is a super tough boat cover material, but may be to physically too heavy for a 41' boat. You won't be able to manipulate and stow. I just built a cover for an 18' seaswirl that took about 26 yards and it was very heavy. Go with the Top Notch 9 it's stronger than sunbrella, but the same weight, so you will be able to handle it.
