How do you attach the "Stop" step by step? I guess each zipper comes with 1 handle so you are supposed to cut it to length then throw away the excess, is that correct?

General questions about the product.

Hi Randy,
Yes,that is the idea. Just cut the EZ-Xtend Zipper to length on your boat, after zipping it into place. This will give you the correct length.
Yes, the zipper actually comes with two SS zipper stops and a piece of no fray tape for a clean bottom end of clipped zipper. Directions does come with the zippers for easy installation.
The SS zipper stops crimp on the last or second to the last tooth of the side of the zipper that the zipper slider or pull stays on. The zipper stop will keep the slider from falling off.
When you see the SS crimp on my marine zipper page you will see that it the shape allows for insertion of the tooth and a pair of needle nose pliers or similar pliers will just crimp it onto the tooth. Very easy, on a scale of 1-10, a 2 I think.
Thanks for the inquiry.
