looking to help eliminate sagging bimini top -this is a very large top for a 31 Sea ray amberjck

Hi Frank,
This is a tough question without seeing it. I'll take a stab at it though.
Sometimes you will never be able to solve a sagging bimini problem, since if to much sag has begun , it will never come out.
First thing would be to tighten the tension front and back that holds the top open. Stretching it for and aft to the max.
Next two options involve sewing. First I would pinch all the excess material out of the front and back bimini bow. I do this by literally pinching the fabric and marking a new place to sew the seam at front and back. An experienced fabricator would know how to do this. The last thing that can work, is to pinch a dart/seam right down the center of each section between bows, running for and aft. I know this is hard for you to visualize. I can upload a sketch if you need to see what I am talking about. Again sometimes a sagging bimini top will never be corrected.
